Ordering with End Side is very easy and simple. If you shop here for the first time we recommend you read this text carefully. If you hesitate on something, please give us a call (00421 55 671 0067, 00421 55 671 0068) or send a message. We'll gladly consult your selection.

Your order is important

Our aim is your absolute satisfaction with the End Side services from the beginning till the end. Even though we accept orders also in other ways, the website supports a simple and intuitive electronic ordering system. We prefer the electronic ordering system and the orders placed through our website are handled with the utmost priority.

How to order?

  1. Select a product

    You can choose a product out of individual product categories. Click on any name or picture of the product for more details.

  2. Add chosen product into cart

    Click on the button Add to cart. A product will be put into the cart and you will see its content. You can change required quantity and the amount of ordered products there.

  3. Sending the order

    When you are satisfied with the content of the cart, continue with the button Order. In displayed form fill in necessary entries needed for delivery. When all information are correct click on the button Send order.

  4. Paying the order

    Invoices can be paid by bank transfer directly into our bank account at the Tatra Banka a.s. branch Kosice. You can also pay in cash at our office, END SIDE TRADE s.r.o., Mliecna 1245, Kosice 04014, Slovak Rebublic, European Union (EU).

Delivery and payment conditions

On receipt of your order, we will invoice you for the total sum by email or fax, within 7 working days from date or order. The invoice includes total price, transport, insurance charges and installation (installation is possible to order only for products delivered within Slovak Republic ).

If your order total is less than 1.600 USD, we ask you to pay the full amount before the products are manufactured. If your order exceeds 1.600 USD, we ask for payment of 50% advance after confirmation of your order and the remaining 50% before the goods are despatched.

The majority of product orders are completed within 30 days from date of order. If they are shipped via air, you should receive the goods within 5 days of despatch. If they are shipped via sea, you would normally receive the goods within 30 days of despatch.

Transport and insurance costs are calculated individually for each customer, according to the total weight and volume of the goods, the delivery location and the type of the transport required. We recommend transport with CARE & GO. However, you are free to choose your own transport company, as you wish.

Special Discounts

Each month we feature a special offer with the fixed discount, which is always higher than the highest possible volume discount (10%). We recommend you to take advantage of these discounts. Special discount for this month is 12%. The most recent special discounts you can find here.

Guarantee

End Side products are designed for interior placement in a normal, dry environment. All our products are guaranteed to maintain their function in normal conditions for 24 months from date of sale.

The buyer must check the delivered goods immediately. Any defects must be notified to us in writing (email or fax acceptable) within 3 days of date of receipt. The buyer must provide full details of the defects and their position.

The complaint must be accompanied, in all cases, by copy invoice, payment and delivery records and the properly completed guarantee sheet for the reclaimed goods. We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods or their function as a consequence of unqualified use, external events, or poor handling. Such instances are not covered by the guarantee. We will inform the customer about the complaint procedure within 3 days of receiving the complaint.

Complaints about transport companies

We ship our products through carefully selected transport companies, chosen for their quality and competitive transport fees. In the unlikely event of any damage in transport, please follow these instructions:

  1. Inspect the consignment together with haulier.
  2. If the packaging is damaged (tattered, drenched …) make a note of this immediately with the haulier.
  3. Don't allow the haulier to persuade you that the consignment was packed badly. We consistently take great care with our product packaging.
  4. In the event of any dispute with a transport company, please inform us. Title your email or fax "Transport Complaint", describe the problem, and give both your and the haulier's contact information, and the invoice (consignment) number.
  5. We will do our utmost to resolve the situation for you. We will not allow damaged consignments to spoil our customers' chandelier buying experience.

Installation and Maintenance

All art products from our catalogue or our internet shop are aimed for interior use only, into dry, non-humid environment. The guarantee does not apply to the art products installed in exterior environment. Humid environment starts the corrosion process, therefore the art pieces are aimed for interior use only. During the manipulation with our products (cleaning, installation, etc.) use dry materials only.

Privacy policy

In order to process your order, we have to request some of your personal information. All data you enter into the order form are necessary for processing and delivering the ordered products. We guarantee that your personal data will not be used for any other purpose and that we will not pass them to any other third party.
